I am a certified Integrative health and wellness coach who provides quality mental and emotional health support to men and women ready to write and claim your next life chapter. As a wellness practitioner, I assist members by providing christ centered, yoga-influenced meditation and breathwork, sound therapy, prayer, group experiences, and more. Let’s connect online or in-person and get your needs met.
